Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of verification of regular training for all categories of fire protection units within the Moravian-Silesian region. The theoretical part summarizes information about professional competence, training and verification of regular training. The work deals with the analysis of the current situation in selected fire protection units in the Czech Republic and in abroad. From this obtained information, an analysis was performed in the practical part and subsequently a uniform methodology for verifying training for all types of fire protection units was created, including a model solution and evaluation.
