Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis was innovation quality manual and analysis of changes in the new version of the standard compared to the previous version of the Inspection body of ČEZ, a.s., for technical devices.
The theoretical part focused on the administration of the quality management system, including document management and records and definition of key terms in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9000:2005, ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 and ČSN EN ISO 9004:2009.
The practical part is focused on the development of the changes that occur in the new version of the ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17020:2012 compared to previous versions of the standard ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17020:2005, and then all changes recorded in the new manuals.
