Abstract
The submitted work analyzes the competitiveness of Frital s.r.o. (a limited liability company) on the market of the Czech Republic in terms of the external factors affecting the company´s activities. Section one provides the characterization of Frital s.r.o., its opportunities to assert itself and do well on the market along with competitive companies and firms. Section two processes an analysis of Porter´s 5 Competitive Forces and the explanation of the competitive advantages of Frital s.r.o. follows. The next section analyzes the external factors affecting Frital s.r.o. and having an impact on the company´s activities from economic, demographic, political and other aspects. The final section contains instructions and recommendations for possible future steps that may be helpful in avoiding possible errors and might thereby increase the competitiveness of Frital s.r.o. on the market.
