Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a part of the project documentation of a multifunctional building for the construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll as amended by Act No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation [1]. It is a non-basement three-storey building with single ply flat roof. Part of the diploma thesis is a thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2] and static calculation of reinforced concrete staircase.
