Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a business plan for a small start-up company, a package-free grocery shop with ecological household goods in Puchov, in Slovakia. Due to location of the company is the content and information in the business plan adapted to Slovak legislation. The work consists of two main parts. The first part presents the theoretical background and the basis for creating a business plan. The second practical part consists the application of theoretical bases for creating a company in a real environment. It includes the presentation of goals, visions, mission and the company BEZOBALOV itself, environmental analysis, marketing plan, marketing research applied in the marketing mix, financial plan and risk assessment. After completion of the plan, recommendations for the entrepreneur were summarized. At the end of the thesis, individual parts of the business plan are summarized and the fulfilment of the goal of the work is evaluated.
