This bachelor thesis deals with the process of creation and purpose of protection
of soft targets. The work focuses on terrorism, soft targets, and active shotter incidents
on the territory of the Czech Republic. The practical part consists of hypotheses, sociological research evaluated by analysis using synthesis, and the presentation of a proposed solution.
