Abstract

In the following thesis transport rules of operation are created for the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava Inc. The first part of this thesis deals with the analysis of transport services of the loading and unloading zone of the medium section mill, along with selected legislative requirements and transportation risks. These risks are subsequently evaluated and measurements for their minimization are proposed. Measures to increase the safety of the transport services of SJV and their integration in to the transport rules of operation, which is a separate section of this work, are included in the conclusions.
