Ochrana zdraví, bezpečnost při práci a péče o zaměstnance

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem „Ochrana zdraví, bezpečnost při práci a péče o zaměstnance“ se zabývá problematikou, která souvisí s lidskými zdroji, tedy rozhodujícím faktorem pro fungování organizace. Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci je důležitou součástí výrobního procesu a dalších činností, souvisejících s pracovněprávními vztahy. Význam této problematiky je zdůrazněn vyvážeností práv a povinností obou stran těchto vztahů vyplývajících ze zákonů a jiných obecně závazných předpisů. Moderní formy péče o zaměstnance se stávají konkurenční výhodou, výrazně posilují image firmy a pozitivně ovlivňují produktivitu. Podnik je hodnocen z hlediska zaměstnance jako perspektivní a myslící nejen na přítomnost, ale i budoucnost svých zaměstnanců. Diplomová práce zahrnuje charakteristiku BOZP, ochrany zdraví a péče o zaměstnance. Podrobněji je pak představena společnost KERAVIT, spol. s r.o. a zanalyzovány tyto oblasti ve společnosti. Velká pozornost je věnována pracovním úrazům a především dotazníkovému šetření, které bylo provedeno. Cílem diplomové práce jsou určité návrhy opatření, které mohou zjištěné nedostatky a potíže redukovat, a tím přispět k zefektivnění analyzovaných oblastí.

This thesis called “Health protection, work safety and care of employees” deals with the questions connected with human resources, i.e. a deciding factor for the operation of the organization. Safety and health protection at work is an important part of the production process and other activities connected with the labour-legal relationships. The importance of this area is emphasized by the balance of rights and duties of both parties of these relationships arising from the laws and other generally obligatory regulations. Modern forms of employee care are becoming a competitive advantage, they significantly strengthen the image of the company and influence the productivity positively. A company is evaluated from the point of view of an employee as perspective and thinking of not only the present but also future of its employees. The thesis contains the characteristics of safety at work, health protection and care for employees. The company called KERAVIT, spol. s r.o. is introduced in greater detail and these areas in the company are analyzed. Accidents at work and mainly a survey which was conducted are the focus of attention. The objective of the thesis are certain proposals of measures which can reduce the discovered deficiencies and problems and thus contribute to making the analyzed areas more effective.
