Využití kontaktních testů při hodnocení ekotoxicity bioodpadů

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the practical possibilities of biowaste utilization in agriculture and the usage of contact tests for evaluation of their ecotoxicity. The risk which application of composts, sludge and fermentate on agriculture land may cause was described. For evaluation of negative effects of such materials on soil organisms two tests species were chosen. In the first case the testing was conducted with Folsomia candida, in the second test the nitrification potential of soil bacteria was used.
