Abstract
The subject of this diplom thesis is to draft the marketing strategy for a company selling meat products. The aim is to actual marketing situacion of the company and using the analysis to suggest possible solutions. The diplom work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part is explained the methodology marketing strategy. In the practical part the company is introduced, processed analyzes of the micro-environment and macro-environment and SWOT analysis. Subsequently, the analysis is processed using a questionnaire survey. In the conclusion of the thesis, proposals and recommendations for the company Beskydské uzeniny are processed.
