Abstract

The solution to this thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of an office building in Bohumin. Part of my work is the solution of the detailed timetable of administrative buildings. Detailed timetable includes documentation for the construction of buildings, design of lifting mechanism, the balance of main sources for the construction, itemized budget works, timetable of construction and site equipment for rough construction. Proposed office building is square-shaped and roofing is done by flat roof in three levels. Masonry is made of brick system POROTHERM. Designed office building is designed as a detached three-storey building with a basement space for the Municipal Authority Bohumín. Processing of my diploma thesis was carried out according to the applicable standards and regulations.
