Abstrakt

Cílem této bakalářské práce je srovnání diagnostických metod pomocí rentgenu, výpočetní tomografie a magnetické rezonance. Práce se zaměřuje na specifikaci fyzikálních principů těchto diagnostických metod, jejich vliv na organismus a jejich uplatnění při diagnostice. Výsledkem práce je porovnání výhod a nevýhod uvedených metod. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na možnost úpravy snímků pro zlepšení diagnostiky. Je navrženo grafické uživatelské rozhraní v prostředí MATLAB, které umožňuje aplikovat filtry na zvolený snímek, detekci hran, úpravu kontrastu snímku, výběr oblasti zájmového objektu.

Abstract

The objective of this Bachelor Thesis is to compare the diagnostic methods using X – ray, computed tomography and magnetic resonance. This thesis focuses on the specification of the physical principles of these diagnostic methods, their effect on tissue and their application in diagnostics. The result of this thesis is to compare the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. The practical part is focused on the possibility of editing images for improved diagnosis. There is designed graphical user interface in the MATLAB environment, which allows the filtration, edge detection, contrast transformation, the selection the area of interest.
