Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis was the elaboration of the project documentation for the execution of the construction in accordance with Building Act No. 183/2006 Coll and Decree 499/2006 on documentation of constructions, as amended, to the object of the tennis hall, namely one dilation unit of the central court. The design is based on previous studies of Studio III, Studio IV and Studio Va. The building is located in the valley of Jánské Koupele by the river Moravice. It forms together with other hotel facilities, the spa colonnade, private villas and apartments for athletes, a park spa and sports complex. By its location, orientation, shape and facade, it reacts to the surrounding landscape and uses local materials.
