Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the wage and motivation system in the machine shop. Based on theoretical data, an analysis of the wage system in the selected company is performed and according to a questionnaire survey, the effectiveness of the wage and benefit system in the selected company is determined. The bachelor part is divided into three parts - theoretical, analytical and evaluation. The first chapter is devoted to the basic concepts of the wage and motivation system. Theoretical background was drawn from the Labor Code, related legislation and literature. The analytical part is devoted to the current wage system and the benefits provided in Ondřejovická strojírna, a.s. Within this part, the structure of the wage system, forms of wages, bonuses and the provision of employee remuneration are analyzed. Part of the work is a questionnaire survey among the company's employees, which is the starting point for the last part. The evaluation part summarizes the findings from the questionnaire survey, employee satisfaction with the amount of wages and benefits provided, or shortcomings in remuneration.
