Psychosociální rizika u technickohospodářských pracovníků

Abstract

The Diploma Thesis deals with psychosocial risks for technical and economic workers in a selected company and literary research on the current state in the issue of psychosocial risks. The theoretical part describes the current legislative anchoring in the field of psychosocial risks both in the Czech Republic and in the European Union, basic definitions and terms associated with the issue, the distribution of psychosocial risk factors, methods, analyses, impacts on human health and measures to manage psychosocial risk. The practical part is devoted to the description of the company, the method of evaluation using a questionnaire survey, the analysis and proposal of suitable measures based on the results to minimize risks and the final discussion.
