Abstract

The assignment of this thesis is to elaborate a project documentation to the dispensation of the construction according to regulation No. 499/2006 Coll. for a section of the Employment bureau with extendet authority for career retraining located in Ostrava Přívoz. This thesis continues in an urban study originated in work in Studio Art III., also in architectural study of the building in Studio Art IV. and a documentation of building permit elaborated for a section of the Employment bureau with extendet authority for career retraining centre in Studio Art Va. The building is a part of the newly proposed centre in Přívoz that was created in the urban studies in the subject of Studio Work III. Due to it, the site has a great potential and the building of a Employment bureau with extendet authority for career retraining centre complements the functional spectrum next to the bank franchise, parking garage and art school.
