Marketingový výzkum spokojenosti občanů se službami v oblasti odpadového hospodářství ve městě Žatec

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá marketingovým výzkumem spokojenosti občanů se službami v oblasti odpadového hospodářství ve městě Žatec. Práce nejprve seznamuje s historickým vývojem města Žatce, popisuje město i jeho části. Dále popisuje společnosti, které zajišťují služby odpadového hospodářství pro město. V další části teoreticky charakterizuje marketingový výzkum. Následuje analýza marketingového výzkumu provedená metodou dotazování, pomocí tištěných i elektronických dotazníků. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy a opatření, které mohou pomoci zkvalitnit služby odpadového hospodářství města Žatec.

This Diploma thesis is dealing with the marketing research of customers satisfaction with services of the waste management in the town of Zatec. In the first part, the thesis focuses on the history of Zatec and describes the town and its parts. Then it describes companies that are ensuring services of the waste management. The other part theoretically characterises the marketing research. It follows the analysis of the marketing research that is done through the method of enquering with the help of the printed and electronic questionaire. In the conclusion, it includes proposals and proceeding which can uprate the services of the waste management of the town.
