Vliv dílčího úběru na plastické vlastnosti taženého drátu pro ocelová lana

Abstract

Bachelor thesis considers changes in plastic properties of drawn steel wire for steel ropes during three passes rows drawing. The first is the standard, two other are experimental. The principle is reduction of the number of passes, resp. increasing the partial deformation while maintaining the overall deformation and influence of this reduction of the parameter on the final plastic properties. The theoretical part provides an overview of the technological process steps wire drawing, including the influence of specific parameters on the properties of drawn steel wire. The practical part includes experimental steel wire drawing, performance, implementation and evaluation of a simple torsion tests and a reverse bend test on the plastic properties. Final part assesses summary the obtained results.
