Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with apartment building with three floors and one underground floor, the object is completely basement. Construction is designed as a flat roof with a double-skin ventilated air gap. The content of my thesis was the creation of project documentation for building permits, financial evalution of structure, timing of works with line schedule and optimal design of the elevated platform. Preparation of the construction process is that one should take lightly, because the proper preparation for construction is the first stone of the whole structure.
