Due diligence vybraného těžebního podniku

Abstract

The thesis is structured into two parts. In the theoretical part are characterized the basic information about this issue, definition, nature and purpose, risk identification, final summary, procedures and phases of the whole proces in the area, which are examined individually. Last but not least, financial and commercial due diligence are discribed that are relevant to the work. The practical part describes the characteristics of OKD, a.s., the application of selected methods and procedures in finacial and commercial diligence and presentation of results based on methods and procedures used. In the final chapter I present my suggestions and recommendations that will contribute to the finding of the status and attractiveness for the future investor. I consider the need for due diligence an integral part of every business.
