The main goal when starting a business is to capitalize on the capital or money invested in the business and thereby to make a profit. The company can achieve profit by satisfying customers and their needs with services and products. Satisfied customer leads to success and consequently profit The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan to establish a small trading company in the trading of spare parts. The presented plan is feasible if the customer finds a way to LiCars and will buy the parts that the company offers. It will be a tricky task because a number of other companies that have extensive experience in selling spare parts and accessories for passenger cars are operating on the market. These companies are also in the customer's subconscious for a longer period of time, and therefore customers are perceiving more than a new company on the market. If LiCars wants to succeed, it has to offer quality parts and accessories at a cost-effective price, so to get customers out of the competition. The customer must be satisfied with the goods purchased and then return for further purchase. Also, the new firm will have to constantly monitor the competition on the market and try to cope or overcome it. He will have to train and educate all his employees and management, familiarize them with new products in the market, new trends in business. Then there is a chance that the prosperity of the company will be achieved and will be successful in the market.
