Abstract

The purpose of this thesis was to build on the architectural and urban study in the context of the preceding semester of Studio work and draw up the project: "plant for the production of furniture, upholstery" documentation for the project. As a basis for the award of the Bachelor thesis is also used for the building permit documentation prepared in the subject Studio making Va. the project's goal was to design an object that will contribute to the revitalization of Lhotka and which would meet the requirements of the technical, operational, economic and architectural. Object is designed so that added to the overall impact of the project on revitalizing the village and what best served on its development. Proposed construction does not have a major impact on the landscape of the surrounding area and is designed on the basis of a study of Lhotka and surrounding villages. The thesis consists of two parts: text and drawing. The text portion deals with the intention of building, analysis of the territory and its surroundings, characteristic of Lhotka and also contains a movement and a technical report within a reasonable range according to decrees 499/2006 Coll. Drawing section provides documentation for the implementation of the project in a reasonable relation to the Bachelor's work, including specialization – processing of architectural detail.
