Abstract
The aim of this thesis is an analysis the current state of focusing on employee motivation and employee benefits provide in the company Moravskoslezská lesní, s.r.o. In the first, theoretical part are defined the basic concepts, theories of motivation and employee benefits. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the company Moravskoslezská lesní, s.r.o., an analysis of the current state of employee motivation and satisfaction in the company. Based on the evaluation survey, followed by proposing improvements and conclusion.
