Abstract

The theme of this graduation theses is proposition of marketing strategy for chosen facility what provides sports services. Work target is analyse of marketing position of said facility. Hereafter exploration the marketing opportunities, proposals and application the marketing strategies. Notions like management, strategic management or management of services are specified in the theoretic part. There are mentioned some research method and technologies in the end of work. The second part is concerned with situational analyse of chosen company. The Chapter is finished by synthesis where are summarized results of sectorial analyses in SWOT analyse. The third part of work attends to strategy suggestion what could be used in follow-up sport facility base on result of situation analyse. Here is described subsequent implementation of chosen marketing plan inclusive of the budget. In the final part I deal with evaluation the used research methods and their results and process of formation resultant plan.
