Analysis of Selected Factors Influencing the Application of Statistical Process Control
This diploma thesis is dedicated to definition of the effective SPC application, its particular steps and selected factors which can affect the effective SPC application in an organization. The diploma thesis is based on literature and case studies review and it is supported by original questionnaire design and analysis which is focused on the evaluation of SPC application in companies in Czech Republic.
