Abstract

KOSEK, Š. Návrh na zavedení RFID technologie ve výrobním provozu podniku. Ostrava, 2016. 50 s., Diplomová práce. Diplomová práce řeší vybrané stávající problémy firmy XY s využitím radiofrekvenční identifikační technologie (RFID). Na začátku práce jsou uvedeny základní komponenty systému, jejich funkce a regulace frekvenčních pásem dané zákonem. Dále je podrobněji popsán aktuální stav a problematika dané firmy a obecná řešení, která by po implementaci vedla k úsporám finančních nákladů v současné době vynakládaných na reklamace a organizaci mimořádné dopravy. Na základě odhadů členů vedení firmy XY a jimi poskytnutých statistik jsou odhadované úspory vyčísleny. Další část práce je věnována popisu změn a doporučení pro výrobu, kontrolu, skladování a expedici obchodních jednotek v dané firmě včetně jejich návaznosti na řídící IS a jeho integraci s procesy výrobního IS COMES. Následující část práce se zabývá vyčíslením celkových nákladů a bilancí investice zahrnující konkrétní typy elektrotechnických zařízení a možnosti snížení jejich ceny při investici do návrhu. Součástí návrhu je i přepis záznamu o provedeném RFID testu ve společnosti HELLA s. r. o v roce 2014.

KOSEK, Š. Proposal for the establishment of RFID technology in the manufacturing operations of the company. Ostrava, 2016, 50 p., Diploma thesis. This diploma thesis uses radio frequency identification technology (RFID) to resolve selected existing problems the XY Company is encountering. This thesis initially gives the key system components, whose function and regulation of frequency bands is stipulated by the law. It then gives a detailed description of the specific company’s current situation and the problems it is encountering, as well as general solutions, which would lead to savings in costs currently expended on warranty claims and organisation of extraordinary carriage if they are implemented. The estimated savings are calculated on the basis of estimates by members of the management of the XY Company and the statistics they submitted. The next part of the thesis is devoted to describing changes to and recommendations for manufacturing, inspection, storage and shipping of sales units by the specific company, including their connection to the controlling IS and its integration with processes executed by the manufacturing IS COMES. The following section of the work is devoted to calculating total costs and reviewing investments covering specific types of electrotechnical equipment and the possibility of reducing their price during investment into this proposal. The proposal also includes a transcript of the record of the RFID test conducted at the HELLA s.r.o. Company’s premises in 2014.
