Abstract

Bachelor's thesis deals with antirecession precautions of a selected firm. The thesis describes characteristics of company REGADA, s.r.o., and history, subject of activity, vision and results accomplished. The first of two main thesis parts is focused on firm's status before recession in area of human resources, economic and financial indicators, propaganda and technical development. The second part deals with recession consequences and acknowledgment of antirecession precautions, again, in area of human resources, economic and financial indicators, propaganda and technical development.
