Rekonstrukce budovy bývalého gymnázia v České Lípě - studie elektro

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the reconstruction of a more than 130 year old historic secondary school building and its conversion into a facility intended for people with disabilities. The main emphasis is placed on the energy performance of the building, specifically on the energy balance of space heating and domestic hot water preparation, electricity consumption, and the possibilities of using renewable energy sources. The work further includes a proposal for the installation of a photovoltaic power system, solar thermal collectors, and measures to enhance the thermal performance of the building envelope. Based on the calculated energy balance, several alternative heating system solutions are proposed and compared from both energy and economic perspectives. The proposed solutions were consulted with the investor and the heritage conservation authorities, taking into account the historical character of the building and the requirements for its current use.
