Abstract
This Bachelor thesis entitled Economic Development of the Town Havířov deals with the economics development of the town Havířov in the years 2006-2010. The theoretical part of this thesis includes the characteristics of municipality and the description of the town Havířov; it is focused on the economic rules of communities, their activities, the organs, financing and economics. The practical part refers to the theoretical part and it analyzes the development in the economy of the municipality Havířov in observed period of 2006-2010.
