Územní studie Klimkovice – západ

Abstract

The main concern of this thesis is to develop proposals of an urb and spa way attractive area for housing and amenities, including public roads and public green spaces in two variants in the range of land use study. It is about a site that connects to the built-up area of the central part of the city to Husova street. This work also solves the organization of transport for hikers, bikers, spa clients and visitors with disabilities, pavements, furniture of non-motoring public roads. The latter proposal involves the placement of detached houses, a hotel complex, and amenities, planting of new trees and grassing. The part of the solution is also a quiet zone with integrated children's playgrounds. In both cases, the solution has achieved a barrier-free territory and an access to the entire territory to persons with limited mobility and orientation.
