• The subject of the bachelor thesis is to design a suitable polyfunctional building in the gap site at the corner of Hollarova and Šubertova streets in Moravská Ostrava. These studies are made in two variants that differentiate in the layout solution of the polyfunctional building. The thesis is carried out on the level of study and focuses on the layout solution, overall appearance, transportational and engineering services, typological solutions of all floors of the designed building and economical evaluation. The thesis also contains the calculation of the static traffic and the calculation of the building.
