Abstract

This thesis deals with human potential development. The main objective of this thesis is to analysis and evaluation of the current system of human potential development of the selected company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with basic characteristic of human potential development. The practical part deals with the analysis of human potential development. Research examines the process of recruitment, analysis of employee education and talent management. Based on the analysis and interview with staff of HR department are submitted proposals and recommendations for management to improve and streamline the current situation.
