Implementace Savitzky-Golay filtru pro zpracování biologických signálů

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the quality of filtration by Savitzky-Golay filter for different biosignals, in this case ECG, EEG, EGG, EMG and PPG signals, with two additional different noises, namely Gaussian white noise and noise generated by a random number generator and comparison with other filters, in this case average and median filter. The quality is evaluated by objective statistical methods, namely by correlation, mean square error and Euclidean distance. First, a database with biosignals is created, to which noise is added. The biosignals are the filtered by all filters with different settings. The results are analyzed and evaluated. The practical part was realized in MATLAB.
