Abstract

Multifunction building Opava The bachelor thesis contains in the text part 28 pages and 23 drawings in the appendix. In my bachelor thesis I dealt with the solution of the vacant lot in the historical center of Opava. The plot is located on the corner of Horní náměstí and Masařská streets and is situated to the southwest. The building will function as a multifunctional house. On the first floor there will be office space with its own facilities and in the other three above-ground floors there will be nine new flats of 1 + 1 and 3 + kk. The modern building fits perfectly into the surrounding buildings, guarding the street line and connecting it to the surrounding historic houses.
