Vliv technologie výroby na jakost niklových superslitin pro lopatky turbín

Abstract

The thesis deals with the topic od nickel superalloys and theis properties. It deals with dividing of its alloys and thein method of production. It concerns their application in various fields. Material analysis of turbine blades made of nickel superalloy Inconel 713LC was made. The aim was to evaluate the causes of failure to achieve the required level of mechanical properties in the case of some blues. All analyses were performed on broken samples of tensile tests. The blades were subjected to metallographic analysis, structural phase analysis and fractographical analysis.
