Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of education in selected companies. The first section summarizes the theoretical knowledge of education managers. Following is an overview of selected company. The practical part is broken down and viewed education masters training. The method used in data collection is the questionnaire. In the results of the questionnaire, each question is processed into a graph. It was found that training in the AL INVEST Břidličná is high and is the subject of time. Training in joint-stock company with the real educational needs of employees. The conclusion includes suggestions and recommendations that could be beneficial for the company.
