Finanční plán podniku a jeho modelové řešení

Abstract

The main objective of the thesis is to make a short-term financial plan of Energetika Třinec a.s. based on a time line analysis in statistical program Statistica. The basis for making a plan is an evaluation of company financial health with help of scoring model and making a financial analyses, that consists of indicators of return on owner´s equity, assets profitability, indicators of liquidity and solvency. The thesis also includes characteristic of method of financial analysis and financial planning, statistic methods and a time line analysis. The practical section contains calculations and results of financial health, indicators and results of analysis of company consolidate statements. The final part is made up of short-term plan proposal and conclusions of financial analyses of Energetika Třinec a.s. and draft of measures, that can contribute to financial health improvement.
