Abstract

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to make a spindle for teaching Buggy. Further the thesis deals with the possibilities of using axles for ATV vehicles, possibilities and technologies of production of the spindles, its constructional design finished by production with the CNC machining. In the first part of this work is described the spindle, its function in general view. Furthermore, discussed the issue of vehicle axles, described the appropriate design of axles for ATV vehicles. The following is the structural design of the spindle case of the buggy and description of individual technologies suitable for prototype production of the spindles. The last part describes the production of the prototype part, which also includes the description of the machined material or used tools.
