dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést analýzu managementu klubu silového trojboje Powerbull Náchod. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První část je zaměřená na teoretické vymezení pojmů, které jsou použity v části praktické. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření, rozhovoru s předsedou klubu a SWOT analýzy je vykreslena současná situace managementu a v závěru práce jsou popsány návrhy a doporučení týkající se především managementu klubu silového trojboje Powerbull Náchod.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this bachelor's thesis is to carry out a management analysis of the Powerlifting club Powerbull Nachod. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is focused on theoretical specification of key concepts, which are used in practical part. The current state of the club is then delineated by a questionnaire survey, interview with the club's manager and SWOT analysis. In the end of the thesis there are made suggestions mainly relating to the management of the Powerlifting Club Powerbull Nachod.en
