Abstract
The subject of the thesis is: „Valuation of a Manufacturing Company“ ON Semiconductor, Ltd. The theoretical part described selected methods used for determining the value of a Company, financial analysis and procedures of valuation of Company. In the next part is described the Manufacturing Company ON Semiconductor, Ltd. In the practical part are methods property, DCF-Entity, capitalized earnings and comparative applied for determining the value of company. In conclusion is the value of Company determined and compared with the selected methods and possible proposals for action.
