Abstract

The thesis is focused on getting acquainted with the problems of human resources at the firm. In the first part, the theoretical knowledge of care for employees based on rules and regulations of the law. Then, on the basis of these findings, I describe how to use this knowledge in practice, particularly at well-Vlad. In this society, I made inquiries concerning the relations in the organization, staff satisfaction, and information in support of the company. The survey was conducted by questionnaire and personal communication. The results of the survey and I evaluated them I created ER diagram that should help facilitate the registration, evaluation and award of more structured task workers. Then I included recommendations for the future to work on the part of employers and employees more efficient and to avoid procedural errors.
