Abstract

The Master's thesis is focused on the valuating of company. The goal of the work is to determine company's market value in the manufacturing industry, consideration of risk condition to January 1, 2017. In the theoretical part, business valuation methods under the risk terms, are described. In the next part the ration analysis, the pyramidal decomposition of EVA, based on logarithmic method with influence of particular ratios on the main synthetic one is assessed. In the practical part, is also described value of the company based on historical data and determined current market value by Economic Value Added method and is applied sensitivity analysis is applied.
