This Thesis work explores problems of the retraining in Bruntál Region.

The first charter is focused on explanation of basic definitions like for example job applicant and job seeker, institution and legal regulations, which are refering about retraining. The term „retraining“ is explained as well, including demarcation of retraining types.

The second chapter deales with the progression of chosen retrainings in Bruntál Region between years 2006 – 2009.

The third chapter includes the conclusions and recomendations presumably leading to improvement in choices of retraining.
