Analýza stavebního spoření

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je „Analýza stavebního spoření“. Ve své práci se snažím přiblížit a popsat bankovní produkt, který zatím nabízí pouze stavební spořitelny, a to „Stavebním spořením“ a produktem s ním bezprostředně souvisejícím „Úvěrem ze stavebního spoření“. Ve své práci vycházím jak z historie, tak ze současného stavu, ke kterému stavební spoření dospělo po devatenáctiletém působení v České republice. Výsledkem této práce je podrobný popis stavebního spoření, vysvětlení nejdůležitějších pojmů, přiblížení změn a v poslední řadě analýza i porovnání produktů u jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen. Upozorňuji také na to, za jakých podmínek si lze stavební spoření u jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen uzavřít.

The theme of my thesis is „A Building Savings Analysis“. I try to approach and describe the banking product which currently offers only building savings companies "Building savings" and the product immediately associated with it „Building savings credit“ in my task. In my thesis I draw from the historical experiences and current state of the building savings which has reached during nineteen - years activities in the Czech Republic. The result of this work is detailed descriptions of building savings, explanations of key terms; approach the changes and finally analysis and product comparison of individual building savings companies. I also refer what conditions are possible to enter building savings contract for each building saving company.
