Abstract

The bachelor's thesis is entitled Effectiveness of housing stock management in the conditions of the municipality. Its goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of the management of the housing stock of the city of Jeseník. It is divided into 6 chapters. The introduction is focused on presenting the entire final thesis. The second chapter presents the development of housing policy in the Czech Republic. The third chapter focuses on the goals of housing policy and the housing stock of a selected municipality, in this case it is the town of Jeseník. The fourth chapter is about research methodology. The fifth chapter is devoted to the evaluation of the efficiency of the management of the housing stock of the selected municipality. The bachelor thesis ends with a conclusion, as the last chapter.
