Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to characterize the supplementary pension instance and the pension fund, compare selected pension funds on the basis of selected criteria and evaluate the results obtained by comparing.
Introductory part is focused on characteristic of the supplementary pension insurance, pension funds and related concepts, advantages and disadvantages of supplementary pension insurance.
The second part deals with comparison of selected pension funds on the Czech pension insurance market. Choice of four pension funds is carried out according to the largest number of participants in pension funds. Selected pension funds are matched according to my criteria.
The third part focuses on the evaluation of the results obtained on the basis of the comparison performed.
