Bakteriální loužení Cu strusek

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozdělením strusek a jejich využitím. Dále pak popisem vlastností a výskytu mědi, těžbou v České republice ale i ve světě. Další kapitola je věnována teorii bakteriálního loužení, což zahrnuje také charakteristiku druhu bakterií Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans a faktory, které ovlivňují jejich životní pochody. Experimentální část je zaměřená na bakteriální loužení měděné strusky v různých časových intervalech. Účelem bylo zjistit, ve kterém časovém intervalu loužení byla výtěžnost mědi nejvyšší.

This master thesis deals with the distribution of slags and their use. Furthermore thedescription of the properties and occurrence of copper mining in the CzechRepublic but also abroad. Another chapter is devoted to the theory of bacterialleaching, which also includes the characteristic species of bacteria Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and factors that affect their life processes. The experimental part is focused on bacterial leaching of copper slag at different timeintervals. The purpose was to determine the time interval in which the leaching of copper was the highest yield.
