Abstract
The objective of the above mentioned thesis is to elaborate an overview of methods which are used for conducting the quality of damp-proofing on flat roofs as well as all connected matters. In the first chapter available materials and systems used for creating the damp-proofing backing cover have been described. In the second, the most extensive, chapter each method of testing the water impermeability of damp-proofing on flat roofs have been analysed, as well as their importance, possibilities, limitations and volume of use. The third chapter deals basic information on disorders of the damp-proofing layer on flat roofs, and it also describes rehabilitation of such disorders.
