Abstract

The theme of this thesis is to evaluate the crisis profile of a tourism-focused family business. To maintain the privacy of the business, we will refer to it as Xy, Ltd. The thesis comprises seven chapters and can be divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, we explore the topic from a theoretical perspective and familiarize ourselves with work processing concepts and techniques. In the practical part, we discuss the company's characteristics, application of environmental analysis methods, and subsequent steps involved in constructing crisis matrices and scenarios. Additionally, this section provides suggestions and recommendations for minimizing the impact of potential crisis types.
