Hodnocení efektivity využití helikoptéry pro Top management společnosti Gumárny Zubří, a.s.

Abstract

The goal of this master´s thesis was to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the helicopter for the Top Management of Gumárny Zubří, Inc. For the purpose of this thesis was an analysis of the costs of implementing specific foreign and domestic business trip by Robinson R44 helicopter and a car Audi A8. A comparison has been assessed and evaluated by several possible options making this mission. The resulting efficiency was assessed both in terms of cost and in terms of effective use of time Top management of the company Gumárny Zubří, Inc. The evaluation of the options analysis clearly shows that the most effective way of transporting of Top managers of the various business meetings is Robinson R44 helicopter, which the company Gumárny Zubří, Inc. has is long-term lease.
